2. Duration of Offer

3. Products and Prices

4. Order

5. Payment
- By credit card:

- By bank transfer:
The customer transfers the invoice amount from their bank account to BRIN D'HYSOPE’s bank account. A confirmation email including banking details and order number is sent to the customer.
If payment is irregular, incomplete, or absent for any reason, brindhysope.fr reserves the right to block delivery or reclaim the product.
6. Shipping
Orders placed on brindhysope.fr are delivered to your address or another address of your choice via La Poste or Mondial Relay.
Packages are usually shipped within two days after payment.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
The customer is informed of shipment by email, including the order number and tracking number, so the progress can be monitored online.
If the buyer is absent during delivery, they must collect the package at the address indicated by the carrier according to instructions on the delivery notice.
If the package is not collected within the specified period, it is returned to the seller. The seller may refund the buyer minus return shipping costs and retain the product.
brindhysope.fr is not liable for late delivery for any reason. No compensation claims can be made.

8. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period starts on the day the goods are received.
Refunds are processed within 14 days based on the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, in original packaging with the "Warranty Certificate" and return document printed from your account.
Perfect condition means the products are new, unused, without scratches or marks. Products must not be worn or modified (customized models, special lengths, etc.).
The customer must obtain an authorization number by email before returning a product. The return address will be communicated by email.
Once received, brindhysope.fr will refund or exchange within 14 days.
Exercise of the withdrawal right requires sending the product and proof of purchase. Refunds are credited to the original card or via bank transfer.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Items must be returned under the same conditions as shipment (registered mail or insured tracked parcel for valuable items).
